Catherine is an Advanced Personal Trainer working for Greens Health and Fitness. She has studied various Oriental Martial Arts, competes in Duathlons and used to teach horse riding in New Zealand. Her in depth knowledge of biomechanics and motivational approach to training people is her main strength, taking in to account people's lifestyles and time constraints to produce results in the most time efficient way.
Catherine is qualified in postural analysis and prescribing corrective exercises according to the need of the individual, strengthening any weaknesses and balancing out any over active muscles. To complement this she has an in depth knowledge of nutrition for optimum performance and is constantly continuing her professional development.
