Roddy Herbert, Director, Koru International & First Aid Business Manager, Norwich & Central Norfolk MIND

Roddy Herbert is Norwich Mind’s Business Manager for MIND First Aid, an initiative that promotes Mental Health First Aid training in organisations. In addition he is a Director of Koru International, a Norfolk based company that consults, trains and coaches business leaders and managers in aspects of improving business performance particularly through wellbeing at work. He is also a volunteer counsellor at Norwich MIND’s Gateway Counselling Service. Previously Roddy held senior management and board level positions in both the SME and Corporate sectors.
